Guest Experience : Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service that reflects both fine dining standards and genuine hospitality.
Beverage Craftsmanship : Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and creativity.
Menu Innovation : Work together with culinary teams to design seasonal cocktail menus incorporating South Indian ingredients, spices, and techniques.
Leadership : Train, mentor, and support junior bartenders and barbacks, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to service standards.
Inventory & Stock Management : Oversee bar inventory, place orders, track usage, and minimize wastage.
Compliance : Maintain knowledge of NYC liquor laws, health and safety standards, and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Operational Excellence : Set up and close down the bar efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times.
Collaboration : Work closely with servers, hosts, and management to provide seamless guest experiences across the restaurant.
