Legal Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day operations of the eBilling system, including invoice submission and approval workflows

Oversee onboarding and maintenance of outside counsel firms in TeamConnect, handling rate submissions

Act as primary contact for outside counsel and vendors regarding billing guidelines and system troubleshooting

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in eBilling, legal operations, or law firm billing roles

Hands-on experience with TeamConnect and other eBilling platforms

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field; or equivalent experience

Experience with case / matter management systems and legal operations workflows

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
