Dispatch Specialist
We are seeking a FULL-TIME HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. You will be part of a great team and responsible for dispatching and monitoring our field staff, answering phone calls and other office related tasks / duties.
Qualifications :
- Great attention to detail, organized, assertive and able to make quick decisions
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Reliable, helpful and flexible
- Fun, positive, friendly, patient and professional demeanor
- A warm personality; easy to converse with on the phone
- Basic computer skills
- Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in dispatching and / or customer service skills is a plus!
Schedule : Tuesday-Friday (10am - 7pm) and Saturday (8am-5pm).
Pay : $18
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $18.00 Per
