The role : To manage the relationship with the assigned customer(s) according to the defined Account Plan guidelines. To coordinate, motivate and support the account correspondents of their area, optimizing the available resources. To manage the applicable supply chain process drivers to ensure delivery date compliance which meet customer expectations.
Tasks / Functions / main responsibilities :
Sales / Commercial
Manage customer agreements and relevant documentation for respective account(s).
Create annual sales forecast (volume, prices, margins) for assigned customer(s).
Implement optimization plans of customer, as detailed in the Operational Master Plan (OMP).
Comply with and enforce communication procedures for securing a perfect alignment with all SPK stakeholders. Encourage the use of the business information systems of the company, to ensure maximum reliability of reporting for sound decision making.
Monitor and analyze performance and launch, if needed, corrective action plans with appropriate stakeholders.
Monitor and track launches, trials, site approval and all deliveries in his / her respective account, and report results to the Sales Director.
Share customer needs and expectations to the Sales Director to build the most appropriate proactive solutions.
Commercial- Order Entry for specific account.
Supply Chain
Utilize IT system (GPT or SAP) to plan production and deliveries effectively.
Analyze production capacity and adjust to meet and exceed goals.
Define and deliver a Service Plan (reference lead-times) and perform daily monitoring of lead-times by manufacturing routes. Take measures to address any deficiencies.
Maintain reliable inventory and take preventive steps to avoid stockouts, including auxiliary materials.
Monitor and manage logistics and transportation for assigned strategic account(s).
Provide regular and accurate reports on all activity for assigned strategic account(s).
Point of contact for outside of normal business hours for assigned account.
Weekly stock report submission.
Aged stock management.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Sales, Commercial, & Supply Chain Capabilities / Minimum Requirements
To actively participate in his / her own training program definition and implementation, supporting new training initiatives and reporting any detected skills that would need to be reinforced for his / her own benefit.
Order Entry Skills- SAP
2+ years of experience in a supply chain function in an industrial consumer goods environment.
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
