This position will be on-site at our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in office and 1 day optional work from home.

Summary :

The Manager, People Support provides day-to-day HR leadership and guidance to business leaders and team members, ensuring effective support in employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance with company policies. This role manages a team of People Partners, ensuring consistent HR practices, strong employee engagement, and effective collaboration with business functions. The Manager balances hands-on problem-solving with operational HR leadership, enabling a positive team member experience while driving organizational effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership to direct reports, including, but not limited to, hiring, training and development
• Support the development and monitoring of HR metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure program effectiveness .
• Partner with leaders to address workforce needs, talent gaps, and organizational challenges.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied, escalating or recommending updates as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and team member satisfaction in high-volume, customer-facing environments.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning to meet operational and staffing needs.
• Advise and counsel managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and engagement strategies.
• Support change management initiatives by assisting with communication, training, and adoption efforts.
• Collaborate across business units to ensure HR solutions align with organizational objectives.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range :  $115,000-$125,000 / year DOE and Bonus Opportunities

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
