Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for driven, motivated, coachable entrepreneurs to become a part of our team and help in protecting families across the nation with various forms of life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement.

This is a commission based sales position with uncapped commission being paid daily.

Part-Time Agent:

• 15-20 hours per week and have the potential to make $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.

Full Time Agent:

• 30-35 hours per week and have the potential to make $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year.
• There is opportunity for agents to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency if they choose to do so.
• This allows agents to create passive income for themselves and build a legacy for their family.

What we DO:

• Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents.
• Virtual as well as in-person training.
• Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage.
• Meet virtually with families and protect them through various life and health products.
• Flexible hours and work environment.
