VHB's Virginia team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to expand our structural practice / capabilities across Virginia. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the growing our market prominence, leading bridge projects as well as mentoring our transportation team.

Responsibilities

Project management / task management

• Prepares proposals and / or contracts
• Participates in project decisions regarding technical approach, costs, and scheduling
• Directs and mentors team members in the development of design plans, technical oversight, specifications, design calculations, load ratings, cost estimates, reports, final bid packages, etc.
• Performs quality reviews of team members work for accuracy and to ensure that the production of plans, specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements
