Senior Product Manager, Risk Strategy and Operation

Responsibilities

• Provide risk assessment and risk solution plans for different products and businesses, promote the implementation of relevant plans, and ensure the safe development of TikTok, live broadcast, e-commerce and advertising business.
• Develop forward-looking risk control strategies through analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback and other data, drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanism, and be responsible for the effect of risk solution plans.
• Cooperate with risk control R&D, build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention and governance effect measurement system, and design common risk control products and services that can support different businesses.
• Conduct in-depth investigation into changing trends of CIB networks in different countries; discern new risk points from industry and business trends; deploy risk control mechanisms in advance to prevent risks and ensure leading risk-control capability in the industry.

Job Information

Compensation : The base salary range for this position is $165,120 - $311,600 annually. Total compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off. Benefits vary by location.
