As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the facility to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, prioritizing the well-being of individuals within the healthcare location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order within the healthcare location. Report and document any unusual or suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or hazards according to Allied Universal and site protocols. Support healthcare staff and visitors by providing guidance and assistance as needed, while maintaining a visible and approachable presence. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as required during critical incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements : Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit. Meet hospital vaccine requirements as specified by the client and / or site. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
