HR Operations Intern (Full-Time)

GenScript is seeking a Full-Time HR Operations Intern to support administrative tasks such as data maintenance and invoice processing.

This role is based onsite in Piscataway, NJ and is expected to last for a duration of 3 to 4 months. The pay-rate is $24 per hour.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support HR operational matters such as employees' on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Responsible for HR daily operational work including SAP system management, leaves and attendance, benefits
• Provide support on proper documentations including employees' e-files and drafting of employment related letters.
• Any other projects and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
