QMHP and Outreach Coordinator (Houston)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Houston, TX, for a QMHP and Outreach Coordinator. The QMHP and Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing and conducting community outreach initiatives, providing customer service, coordinating with community partners, and offering training and support. The role also involves day-to-day tasks such as conducting research and effectively communicating with clients and team members. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Community Outreach, Case Management and Skills Training.
• Proficient in conducting Research
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
