About the Role
The Company is looking for a Director of Community Development to lead sales initiatives for bulk or right of entry agreements related to fiber-to-the-Home / Unit projects. We seek an entrepreneurial sales leader passionate about building a successful business unit. Key responsibilities include understanding community strategies, creating go-to-market plans, and establishing a robust pipeline of opportunities that align product offerings with client needs.
This position requires building influential relationships within the sector, delivering compelling presentations, and maintaining strong connections with outside consultants, vendor partners, and property managers.
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and or a minimum of six years of relevant experience, particularly in the bulk services market. We prefer applicants with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, especially within the HOA, MDU, or multi-family sectors.
Essential skills and expertise include entrepreneurial drive, enterprise-level sales leadership, and proficiency in a defined sales process. This role demands excellent time management, negotiation, goal setting, prospecting, and interpersonal skills, along with outstanding communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary, and experience with CRM systems is a must.
