Benefits Verification Representative

A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Representative to work from home in Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities

Verify insurance coverage for new and existing patients

Process patient prescription orders in a timely manner

Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers

Required Qualifications

6+ months of experience in medical insurance, benefits verification, medical billing, or patient / customer service

High School diploma or GED required

Pharmacy experience preferred

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party vendors preferred

Healthcare-related certifications and / or licensure preferred
