Commercial Leadership Training Director

The Commercial Leadership Training Director is responsible for the content development and program delivery of leadership development programs for commercial leaders such as Leading High Performing Teams, Coaching Skills, Handling Challenging Conversations, Business Acumen, Executive Presence, etc.

The role designs and delivers content and training that support the commercial organizations strategy, values, and goals, ensuring leaders are offered needed curriculum and training to master leadership skills and coaching needed to engage and lead the team, and improving best in class leader capabilities, customer facing strategy, capability, and outcomes across the organization.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum and content to meet individual and organizational leadership development needs within specified timescales and resources; identify and incorporate appropriate training methodologies and delivery channels; oversee the development of content to support high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
• Conduct engaging customer facing and sales leadership development programs, both virtually and in person, to support leaders personal development.
• Conduct training programs to enable sales leaders to effectively coach their teams, facilitate salesforce effectiveness.
• Familiarize with and act as an expert for leadership and sales leader development.
• Oversee multi-modal learning resources, including print, eLearning modules, leader-led workshops, presentations, coaching, and sustainability programs.
• Utilize learning technology and manage training courses using Pfizer endorsed platforms such as Microsoft Teams, PLA Platform, and Questionmark.
• Coordinate with other members of the Customer Engagement Training organization to ensure timely and relevant creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of training content and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Global Customer Engagement team and other relevant stakeholders to determine suitable content for implementation in alignment with platform.
• Work with Leadership Engagement & Development Team Lead to develop best practices and materials for Global Customer Engagement Training Team to leverage for sales leader development.
• Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including : the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program.
