In our 1 : 1 ABA setting, you will engage directly with children aged 18 months to 8 years, utilizing ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive center-based environment. Your Role as an Autism Support Specialist :
- Implement one-on-one ABA therapy tailored to help children with Autism achieve their full potential by following treatment plans and program descriptions.
- Foster childhood development through engaging, fun therapeutic activities designed for young children.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to maximize treatment outcomes, ensure safety, and create a positive work atmosphere.
- Interact dynamically with children through play and engaging activities, actively participating and fostering a joyful environment.
- Communicate effectively with peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities, celebrate achievements, and advocate for individual needs.
Job Requirements :
Capable of lifting and moving children up to 30 lbs in a fast-paced environment; must be able to bend, squat, and move quickly.Maintain a therapy-friendly environment that is tidy, organized, and stimulating for children.Ability to multitask effectively while ensuring safety and prioritizing various activities.Willingness to support teamwork across centers, which may include occasional travel.Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School diploma or equivalent.Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment, including a 40-hour training curriculum and passing the board exam.What Our Team Says :

Preferred Experience Includes :
