Duration : 9-week travel assignment

Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (8-hour day shifts)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,620 - $2,690 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island or compact state (Rhode Island nursing jobs)

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

COVID-19 vaccination required

EPIC EMR experience required

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience, including circulating and scrubbing for urgent, emergent, and STAT C-sections

Strong English communication skills

Ability to complete all onboarding requirements (background check, health screenings, competency exams, etc.)

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver primary nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room

Circulate and scrub for C-sections and a variety of surgical procedures, including urgent and emergent cases

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice

Maintain accurate patient documentation and utilize the EPIC EMR system

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members
