What You'll Do

• Manage and reconcile USDA commodity balances for multiple school programs
• Maintain and monitor data within Processor Link
• Develop and distribute reports showing drawdown balances and usage trends
• Partner with internal teams, processors, and schools to ensure accurate and timely drawdowns
• Track end-of-year balances to minimize waste and optimize usage
• Support audits and compliance reporting with organized, accurate documentation
• Provide insights, guidance, and training to help schools maximize their allocations
