We provide multiple services to our clients including real estate brokerage, property management, private lending, and investment funds. We have a team of 150+ members across 9 offices in CA, TX, FL, and TN. We are in need of a real "go-getter" who can make an immediate impact on our Property Management division! As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will work on a team that manages a portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in Houston and surrounding areas. In this role, you will travel to properties to perform inspections, coordinate maintenance repairs and oversee large renovations, hold vendors accountable, and protect the investment of our landlords.

Annual Salary| $60,000 - $70,000

Annual Commission Potential | $5,000 - $10,000

• This is NOT a hands-on maintenance role. This is not a construction role. This is a project management role where you will oversee renovation projects and residential repairs / maintenance for a portfolio of properties managed by our company. This role will require daily travel across our Houston territory and work in our Houston office. A company vehicle will be available for use.
