What Youll Do

Brex is on an exciting journey of growth, and were seeking a Workplace Programs Lead to design and scale the programs that power our global offices. In this role, youll partner with our Head of Workplace Experience to drive office expansions, build and optimize workplace systems, and launch programs that support employees across all locations. From real estate projects to digital tools and emergency response, youll own the initiatives that keep our offices running smoothly and our teams set up for success.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across the company. Youll be building programs that directly influence how our global teams operate, shaping standards for scale, and ensuring that Brex workplaces support business growth at every stage.

Where You'll Work

This role will be based in our New York City office. Candidates must be willing to work in-office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Some after-hours work and travel may be required to support global programs and office openings.

Responsibilities

Office Expansions & Real Estate

  • Project manage renovations, expansions, and smaller office build-outs from planning through completion.
  • Partner closely with office managers and the IT / AV team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business needs.

Global Workplace Programs

  • Oversee programs such as our digital mail platform, global guest policies, coworking solutions, and workplace technology stack evaluations.
  • Build and launch an emergency response program, including consultant partnerships, training, and documentation.
  • Develop workplace standards and scalable policies across regions.
  • Processes, Systems & Documentation

  • Create and maintain clear documentation for workplace processes, policies, and standards to ensure global consistency.
  • Optimize systems and workflows in partnership with office managers for scalability and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvements through creative problem-solving and process design.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communications

  • Partner with IT / AV, People, Finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment and program success.
  • Compose and release company-wide communications for updated workplace programs and procedures.
  • Take on ad hoc projects that support workplace strategy and operations.
  • Requirements

    Experience

  • 4+ years in workplace operations or programs, ideally in high-growth, multi-office environments.
  • Proven success leading office expansions and vendor negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and roll out global programs and processes at scale.
  • Skills

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills with an eye for process efficiency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, from executive-level updates to company-wide announcements.
  • Financial analysis and budget management capabilities.
  • Creative problem-solving, with the ability to balance structure and flexibility.

  • Compensation

    The expected salary range for this role is $103,960 - $129,950. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidates location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
