Pay Range :

    • The Classes :

  • The OFJCC is seeking group fitness instructors who are currently certified to teach Barre Sculpt classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 : 30 AM.  The Core Duties :   Create and deliver new, fresh and innovative Barre Sculpt classes Stay up to date on current fitness and class trends in area(s) of expertise Provide a safe, fun and motivating class to all participants Provide appropriate modifications and progressions for a wide range of fitness levels;    Provide excellent and courteous customer service to members;  Communicate with Group Exercise Manager on member feedback, equipment needs and operational status, scheduling, and subbing.  The Perks :   Free membership at our award-winning fitness center Unlimited access to our Recovery Studio - a whole suite of advanced health and wellness therapies selected from the best in fitness, spa, sports and medical science to help you feel better, move better and sleep better Employee discounts on personal training and other services Fun, motivating workplace  The Essentials :   Current Barre or Barre Sculpt certification Current nationally recognized Group Exercise certification preferred Prior experience teaching Group Exercise classes Confident in your professionalism and a passion to motivate others  Current CPR / AED certification  Working knowledge of human anatomy, kinesiology and training principals  Knowledge of group fitness teaching strategies and the incorporations of music, tempo, cueing technique, and rhythm  Powered by JazzHR
