Sportsman's Warehouse is growing the capacity of our engineering team. The Senior Engineering Project Manager drives the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives that enable Sportsman's Warehouse to grow and innovate as an omni-channel retailer. This role ensures strategic projectsspanning commerce, backend, data, and infrastructureare delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. By applying expertise in Agile and PMBOK methodologies, leading RFP processes, and managing third-party partnerships, this position serves as a critical connector between technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver transformative outcomes for customers and the organization.

Compensation : $125K-$145K + Bonus

Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity at 20 inches or less due to computer work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will experience a moderate noise level (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
