From analyzing KPIs to supporting budget planning and spatial analysis, your work will directly impact how we manage and grow our real estate portfolio. How You'll Make an Impact

• Deliver financial and business analysis for real estate projects.
• Support capital planning and project budgeting activities.
• Maintain and report on real estate KPIs across the Americas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
• Conduct spatial and financial analysis for new and existing sites.
• Assist in developing and updating real estate SOPs.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and insights for facilities and IFM sites.
• Support annual budget planning for occupancy and capital costs.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, business administration plus 3 years of work experience or equivalent
• Data analysis/reporting, Project tracking for real estate projects, Corporate Accounting Principles, IFRS (related to real estate desired)
• Strong quantitative, financial/business analysis and modeling
• Time management
• Organizational skills with the ability to work/juggle multiple projects at the same time.
• Project Management principles, tracking and reporting knowledge in a corporate real estate environment
• Working knowledge of IFRS accounting principles (relating to real estate a plus). Working in a large organization with a matrix structure.
• Technically astute and strategic thinking.
• Established knowledge of accounts payable process and tools in a shared service environment.
• Proficient skill with Microsoft Office 365 tools specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Business Operations Tool experience e.g. SAP a plus
• Role will be onsite at Perimeter Circle area
