American Leak Detection is hiring : Social Media & Community Manager in Carrollto

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic  Social Media & Community Manager  to own our brand's voice, drive local engagement, and protect our reputation across all digital channels. This role requires a unique blend of creative content generation, strategic community engagement, and vigilant  brand protection  to ensure our messaging is unified and powerfully positions us as  "The Leak Detection Experts."  This position will be part remote, part in office.  Compensation will be determined based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy following a defined mix (e.g.,  40% Educational Tips, 30% Before & After Jobs, 20% Community & Team, and 10% Promotions ).
• Create compelling, high-quality copy with a  professional, educational, and approachable tone  that consistently reinforces our core brand message.
• Generate visually appealing graphics using tools like  Canva or Adobe Creative Suite , ensuring strict adherence to corporate brand standards and provided templates.
• Assist with  basic video creation and editing  to support the company's PR and thought leadership goals.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Experience :  2–4 years of professional experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.

Education :  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Proven Track Record :  A portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns, content creation, and measurable results in engagement and audience growth is required.

Bonus Experience :  Experience in a franchise or multi-location business model is highly desirable.
