Responsibilities
- Business Development; spent time networking and establishing relationships with clients
- Operations; work alongside the studio leads to ensure the successful day-to-day running of the studio
- Growth; to lead the studio through revenue and headcount growth
- Plan; develop and execute a plan for success
- Design; oversee a design team executing exceptional and innovative design
Qualifications
- Registered Architect in the State of Texas
- 15 years' experience in a senior management role
- Extensive experience leading large project teams
- Hospitality design experience; a portfolio of iconic projects
- Leadership skills
- A track record of leading and growing an architecture business
