Marketing Effort

Position Summary : Based upon the Vision and Strategy Plan developed for R.A.I.N. enterprise the Marketing Effort will be an integral part of the implementation and execution of Strategic Initiatives established for all lines of businesses within the R.A.I.N. organization. R.A.I.N. Home Attendant Service, Inc. is a licensed home health care agency serving the five boroughs of New York, and Westchester County. Founded in 1964, R.A.I.N. is part of an integrated system consisting of social service programs addressing social determinants of health. We are seeking an experienced, assertive, self-motivated individual who is driven, and excels at creating new accounts, for sales and marketing position in Home Health Care and cross selling our integrated services in R.A.I.N. This position is responsible for building on and growing our client base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Increase home care census and Home Health Aides through marketing campaigns and business models while establishing, building and maintaining referral relationships
• Promoting R.A.I.N. and all its service product lines in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, MLTCs, community organizations, physician practices, and other community resources
• Conduct market analysis and execute sales strategies, goals and plans for referrals turning into admissions
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively
• Attend evening and weekend events as required
