Position Overview :
The Automotive Service Writer acts as a liaison between customers and the service department.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities :
Compiling all service requests and requirements from customers about their vehicles.
Estimating the full cost of service and repair, as well as approximate repair time.
Offering recommendations and / or solutions to the customer about their vehicle’s service or repair needs.
Jobs Requirements :
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Must be willing to work weekends, evenings and various shifts.
Must submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
