Shift : B Shift (6 pm - 6 am Rotating Nights)

Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

1.Operators have complete responsibility for their quality, production, waste, and machine workability / accountability.

2.Responsible to monitor, operate, and maintain two (2) glass syringe forming machines.

3.Understand and operate inspection & testing equipment.

4.Responsible for identifying and correcting any dimensional defects and cosmetic defects according to current QC specifications, to insure good quality.

5.Maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule.

6.Record accurate inspection data as required.

7.Responsible to contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.

8.Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

Deberes y responsabilidades :

Las responsabilidades incluyen, entre otras :

1.Los operadores tienen la responsabilidad completa de su calidad, producción, desperdicio y trabajabilidad / responsabilidad de la máquina.

2.Responsable de monitorear, operar y mantener dos (2) máquinas formadoras de jeringas de vidrio.

3.Comprender y operar equipos de inspección y prueba.

4.Responsable de identificar y corregir cualquier defecto dimensional y defecto cosmético de acuerdo con lasespecificaciones actuales de control de calidad, para asegurar una buena calidad.

5.Mantener el equipo de acuerdo con el programa de mantenimiento preventivo.

6.Registre datos de inspección precisos según sea necesario.

7.Responsable de contribuir a la mejora continua del proceso.

8.Otras tareas que sean necesarias para apoyar las necesidades del negocio.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

5 years manufacturing experience required in lieu of HS Diploma / GED

2 years mechanical / technical experience

Use of measurement devices and quality records preferred
