Conversion crew performs a variety of behind-the-scenes functions for the building like maintaining, moving, and storing staging equipment and setting tables, chairs, pipes & drapes as directed.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. High School Diploma / GED preferred. Two years of experience is preferred. Must be able to work nights weekends and holidays. Must be able to perform heavy lifting tasks up to 100 pounds. Ability to operate forklift and warehouse equipment preferred. Ability to read and understand a tape measure and other measuring devices, identify between imperial (standard) and metric fasteners, and handle basic and common hand tools.
