A company is looking for a PCC Associate IV / Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center

Schedule complex and specialized procedures, including surgeries and interventional radiology

Coordinate multiple resources for patient services

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Three years of related customer-facing healthcare experience

At least two years of experience scheduling complex and specialized procedures

Proficiency in scheduling and preregistering patients within basic services

No specific licensure or certification required by law
