Job Description
As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol in Newport Beach, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail and mall locations, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the area, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with guests and staff to help create a welcoming environment. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
