Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 educational setting within a school environment located in Marion, OH. This contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, with a start date of August 14, 2025, and an end date of May 28, 2026. The role involves working approximately 37.5 hours per week, supporting students with a variety of speech and language disabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students across kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school specialists to develop and implement effective communication intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and monitor progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school and state regulations regarding speech-language services.
- Participate in educational team meetings and contribute to developing individualized education programs (IEPs).
Qualifications and Experience :
Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure is required.Experience providing services to students with diverse communication disorders.Ability to work effectively within a school-based multidisciplinary team.Strong organizational and communication skills.Demonstrated commitment to student-centered therapy and positive educational outcomes.Location and Setting :
