Civil Engineer – Wind Farm Access & Road Design

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support wind farm access and road design projects. The role involves planning, surveying, and designing road modifications for wind energy sites, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of large components.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and plan road access for transporting large wind turbine components.
• Design road modifications, including turn radius adjustments, crane pad layouts, and soil / gravel specifications.
• Use GIS tools to upload and analyze data within internal platforms.
• Conduct road surveys and recommend safety improvements for transporting heavy equipment.
• Coordinate with local and state agencies to secure necessary road-use agreements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of modifications.
