About The Position

Responsibilities :

Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients’ functional abilities.

Educate patients and caregivers on techniques, exercises, and adaptive equipment.

Observe patients during therapy sessions and report progress or concerns to the supervising OT.

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and treatment records.

Ensure a safe and organized therapy environment.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Licensure : Active state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).

Experience : [1–2] years preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Skills : Strong communication, patient-care, and organizational skills.
