Renown Health is seeking a General Consult Neurohospitalist to join the inpatient Neurology program at Northern Nevada's largest, and only, not-for-profit locally owned and governed healthcare network.

The General Neurohospitalist will be part of the Acute Neurology team and provide inpatient neurology consults bedside : seizure, neuropathy, myasthenia, stroke follow up, MS patients.

Days Only. No stroke call. No Fellowship needed. Ideal candidate will be BE / BC and have at least 2 years experience as an Acute Neurology Physician.

As an academic center, the position offers excellent opportunities for research as well as teaching obligations with medical students and Residents from The University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine and medical students from St. George s University.

This is an employed position with the Renown Medical Group. Renown Health is a Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center and ABRET Accredited Level III Epilepsy Lab.

• IM Resident and medical student rotate on service.
