The Opportunity

As part of EY's Oracle Services practice, you will assist in managing large, complex full lifecycle application implementations, particularly in Oracle applications and technology. This role involves advising clients on the core applications and technology needed to optimize their business processes.

In your role as a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will define user and customer requirements, focusing on effective user interface development across various platforms. You will also play a key role in engineering software components that ensure efficient system communication.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects while focusing on quality and risk management.
• Innovate through research and benchmark best practices.
• Ensure billability through chargeable work to external clients.
• Lead workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
• Oversee project status and completion of deliverables.
• Participate actively in client sessions, leading workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identify opportunities to drive additional service sales.
• Manage specific RFP responses and budgetary engagement economics.
• Execute resource planning within budget constraints.

The base salary range for this position is $142,600 to $261,500, depending on various factors including education and experience.
