What Youll Be Doing

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' unique needs and develop personalized therapy plans aimed at achieving their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Practices : Apply evidence-based interventions that enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Work alongside a cohesive group of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their loved ones in therapy techniques that facilitate ongoing progress beyond the clinic.
• Track Progress and Document Achievements : Monitor clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on the right track.
