In deal recovery management at PwC, you will help clients navigate financial distress and recover from challenging business situations. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and solutions to optimize recovery outcomes. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise, and awareness of your strengths. As part of the Deals Business Recovery Services team you navigate through issues related to financial underperformance, crises, or a potential bankruptcy. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

The salary range for this position is : $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
