Overview
The UCI Department of Biomedical Engineering anticipates openings for postdoctoral scholar positions (Levels I–IV) for the 2021-22 academic year. This is an ongoing recruitment; initial appointments are for one year and renewal is based on job performance and availability of support. Note : Total duration of an individual's postdoctoral service may not exceed five years, including postdoctoral service at other institutions.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and years of experience.
Fields of focus
These positions require a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry, or biology and experience in the focus research areas listed above.
