About the Role :

We're seeking a Portfolio Analyst to play a key role in developing and maintaining a robust project portfolio. In this position, you'll work closely with Business Owners and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, accuracy, and effective decision-making across the organization.

Location : Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

Contract : 12 Months | Potential for Conversion

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop initial project assessments to support portfolio development.
• Facilitate validation sessions with Business Owners and other stakeholders.
• Apply PMO Methodology to translate business needs into actionable project ideas and estimates.
• Maintain accurate project data in portfolio management tools for tracking and reporting.
• Execute full lifecycle activities for projects, enhancements, and research initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements and optimizations within the project portfolio management system.
• Support executive decision-making through accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
