Pennybyrn has opportunities for Servers to join our innovative, inclusive, and compassionate life-enriching community! This position is part-time with shifts of 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Schedules include weekends, with additional shift differentials of $1.00 per hour!
Server team members will deliver superior service to residents and guests within Pennybyrn's fine dining restaurant and pub. This position delivers excellent customer service in a highly professional manner, greets and escorts residents and guests, delivers knowledge of high-quality food menu, takes orders, delivers food, busses tables, and cares for the customer's needs. Ideal candidates have an exemplary personality with a ready smile and willing heart to make each dining experience exceptional!
Candidates must enjoy working with the senior population, be dependable and trustworthy, caring and courteous, and strive for excellence in their work performance every day. This position is paid on an hourly basis and does not accept tipping.
