A company is looking for an Oracle RMCS Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Oracle RMCS systems, resolving advanced issues
Monitor and manage support queues, ensuring SLAs are met and tickets are prioritized
Lead root cause analysis and mentor Level 1 support analysts while developing SOPs
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Oracle ERP and EPM systems
Strong knowledge of RMCS and T2 / T3 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud
Experience with systems implementation methodologies, including waterfall and agile
Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management software is preferred
Fluency in English is required
