Chelsea Hospitality Group (CHG) is a family-owned hospitality company based in New Jersey, dedicated to creating world-class food and beverage experiences. CHG’s latest project in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts.
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Guest Services Associate to manage workplace hospitality services within a luxury workplace in Morristown, NJ. As the first point of contact for guests in the building, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a warm demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
What You’ll Do :
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all registration details
- Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the workplace, local attractions, and services
- Communicate effectively with the culinary team, housekeeping, maintenance, IT, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and proper appearance throughout all areas of the workplace hospitality venues
- Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary
- Provide solutions for unforeseen challenges, assist team members with administrative tasks or guest requests as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

What We Need From You :
An eagerness to continue to learn and growA strong hospitality mindset with great attention to detailExperience in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred, but not necessaryA collaborative and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departmentsAvailable to work 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday with flexibility to occasionally work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as neededAbility to walk or stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift objects up to 30 poundsEnglish fluency and additional languages preferred, but not requiredStrong computer skills and basic knowledge of A / V systems and conferencing technology is a plus but not requiredBenefits
