Outside Sales Representative Millwork & Doors

Seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to sell high-quality millwork and door products to commercial and residential builders. The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business, cultivate new business relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to builders in the residential and commercial markets. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a deep understanding of the construction industry and its needs.

Key responsibilities :

• Sales development & prospecting : Identify and pursue new business opportunities with multi-family builders, contractors, and developers. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the construction industry.
• Client Management : Act as the primary point of contact for all product inquiries, project specifications, and order details.
• Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of our millwork and door product offerings, including technical specifications, customization options, and industry standards. Provide product recommendations based on client needs.
• Negotiation & Closing Sales : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that all transactions meet company standards and profit margins.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the inside sales team, project managers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery of products.
