Job Summary :
The Senior Sales Director – Solar Energy will be responsible for leading and scaling our sales team, driving strategic initiatives, and achieving ambitious revenue goals. This role demands a seasoned sales leader with expertise in solar or renewable energy, a passion for sustainability, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture new markets, grow market share, and exceed revenue targets.
- Team Development : Manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
- Market Insights : Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- KPI Monitoring : Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to executive leadership.
