Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of International Recruitment Specialists to drive host employer engagement and job sales
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet seasonal goals
Provide gold standard account management and support to host accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3 - 6 years of previous sales success, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
1-3 years of people management experience preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
