A company is looking for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities :

Compile, review, and manage moderately complex to complex mechanical damage estimates

Research local market part costs and labor rates

Adjudicate claims efficiently using mechanical experience and document the decision-making process

Required Qualifications :

Intermediate-level experience in mechanical claims adjusting

Knowledge of vehicle service contracts and warranty specifications

Experience in a repair facility or mechanical background

Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

Proficient in preparing repair estimates through communication with dealerships or repair facilities
