The RN overseeing Clinical Systems ensures the integrity, effectiveness, and compliance of BAMSI’s electronic health records (EHR) and monitoring practices. This role integrates clinical expertise with data systems implementation and management, advancing organizational quality and inclusion through informed oversight, ongoing inspection, and collaborative training.

What You'll Do :

Electronic Health Record (EHR) Implementation, Training & Oversight – In Collaboration with the Field and BAMSI’s IT Department

Quality Monitoring & Compliance – In Collaboration with the Field and BAMSI’s QI Department

Review Medication Occurrence Reports (MOR) and medication errors; identify route causes and make suggestions for systemic improvements.

System Inspection & Medical Supplies – In Collaboration with the Field and BAMSI’s Facility Department
