You'll partner directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategy, turn it into action, and ensure disciplined execution as we scale. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and long-term programs, collaborating closely with functional leaders and Cribl's executive team.
• Design and implement company-wide processes to track priorities, goals, and results, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Tackle complex, ambiguous problems by synthesizing diverse stakeholder opinions, forming recommendations, and developing end-to-end solutions.
• Drive special ad hoc projects from inception to completion as directed by business leaders to enable state changes in the business.
• Manage and improve business cadence for key company-wide and cross-functional reviews (e.g., QBRs).
