Compensations

Base pay $30-32 / hr

$1,000 Sign on Bonus

$3-5 per elevation

$10 per Guest Membership enrollment

10% commission on personal retail sales

$2 bonus per client request

Tips & tiered bonus opportunities

Schedule / Expected work hours

68-hour shifts

Full and part-time positions available

Required min 1 weekend shift and 2+ evening shifts

Responsibilities

Customize massage services for each guest

Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy

Promote the therapeutic / wellness benefits of massage therapy

Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals

Qualifications

Current state license to perform massage therapy

Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required

Pass background checks

Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services

Thrives in team environments

Excellent at guest communication
