About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Capital Development to spearhead our fundraising initiatives within the digital assets and blockchain sector. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and maintain an extensive pipeline of institutional investor prospects through strategic outreach and relationship management. As the leader of our investor relations team, you will ensure exceptional engagement, precise reporting, and unwavering support for our current and prospective investors.

In addition to overseeing fundraising strategies, you will represent the firm externally, enhancing our brand visibility and credibility through targeted initiatives and high-impact events. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to optimizing investor onboarding and engagement processes.

You will maintain meticulous CRM-based tracking of investor interactions, analyze market trends, and investor behavior to inform our capital-formation strategies. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in business development, investor relations, or a related area, demonstrating a proven ability to convert investor interest into committed capital.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with an established network of institutional investors or relevant industry contacts. A self-driven and results-oriented mindset is a must! A solid understanding of crypto markets and blockchain fundamentals is required, along with a willingness to travel extensively (both domestically and internationally).

A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is required; experience in a regulated fund environment will be considered a significant advantage.
